Went to bowlero with a few friends and had a really good time. The lanes were ready quickly, and the whole place had a fun energy without feeling out of control or chaotic, which I appreciated. Shoes and bowling balls were easy to grab, and when our lane got stuck for a minute, the staff handled it right away so it didn’t turn into a hassle. The food was better than I expected for a bowling alley too. Overall, it felt like a safe, low-stress spot for a night out, and I’d definitely go back.

The bathrooms were gross. There was no soap, the floors were wet, and trash was all over the place. We let the staff know, but nothing seemed to get cleaned up while we were there, which was really disappointing.

We went to Bowlero for what was supposed to be an easy night out, grabbed some food, got settled in, and at first it seemed like it would be fun. The place was busy and the vibe was fine, so we were trying to just enjoy it. After a while though, it got frustrating because our lane kept having issues. The pins weren’t resetting right, and the ball return stopped on us twice. Staff did move us to another lane, which I appreciated, but we ended up running into similar problems there too. By the end, with what it cost, it just didn’t really feel worth it.

The pizza was, like, fine—not bad or anything, but nothing special. The wings, though, came out kinda cold, so that was a little disappointing...

Overall, the place was clean enough, but definitely not perfect. The bathrooms could’ve used more attention, and a few tables had sticky spots, which was kind of annoying 😬. The lanes looked fine though, so it wasn’t a bad experience. Just feels like they could stay on top of things a bit better during busy hours.

We had a frustrating experience here. It didn’t even seem that busy, but it still took forever just to get checked in. Then we waited again before anyone came by to take our food and drink order, and after that it was another long wait for everything to actually come out. The staff was friendly enough, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the whole night just moved so slowly that it kind of took the fun out of it

The arcade was actually fun. The games were enjoyable, i can’t really think of anything to complain about. Overall, it seemed like a solid place to hang out for a bit.

We had my kid’s birthday party here it was such an easy experience. I’m probably a little biased because I love any place where the staff actually helps and I don’t have to stress the whole time, but they really did a great job. Everything went smoothly, the kids had a blast, and the adults could actually relax a bit too.

The balls were okay, no real complaints there. The issue was with the shoes, they seemed really limited and ended up running out. I also kind of felt like nobody actually read my message when I asked about it, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating...

We booked a lane online thinking it would make things easier... but nope!! We still ended up waiting almost 45 minutes after we got there. The front desk seemed confused, and they kept telling different people different things, which just made everything feel even more frustrating!!!
Once we finally got to bowl, it was actually fun, so I’ll give them that!! But it was sooo packed, with people just hanging around the lanes and nobody really keeping things under control. The check-in mess kind of ruined the vibe for the night, which was a bummer...

Had a really good time here. The music was definitely loud, but in a fun way, and it kept the energy up. The whole place felt relaxed and easy to enjoy with friends. You can tell they know how to create a good atmosphere, so I’d feel confident recommending it to anyone looking for a fun night out.

Went to Bowlero last weekend and the drinks were good. My cocktail didn’t taste weak at all and felt fresh enough, which was a nice surprise. The bartender was friendly, but once it got busy, it took a while to get served. That part felt a little avoidable, like they could’ve used another person behind the bar. Prices were on the higher side, but I kind of expected that. Overall, I still had a good time and would go back

I went to Bowlero with a few friends, and the staff were genuinely nice when we arrived. They greeted us, smiled, and helped us get set up at our lane without making it feel like a hassle.
The only downside was that it took a while to get someone’s attention when we had an issue with the screen and later when we wanted to order food. I’m usually a little cautious in places like this because if service is slow, a small issue can turn into a bigger headache quickly, but nobody was rude or dismissive — they just seemed busy or maybe short staffed.
Overall, it was an okay experience. The people working there were friendly, which definitely helped, but I’d feel better going back if the service was a bit quicker and more consistent. I’d give it 3 stars.

I booked online ahead of time and got the confirmation, so I figured getting started would be simple. Once we arrived, though, the check-in line was barely moving and the staff didn’t seem totally sure what was going on with our reservation. We ended up waiting around 25 minutes just to get a lane. The night itself was still okay, but based on how it actually went, the check-in process made things feel a lot more frustrating than it needed to be

I joined a league night and brought a group with me one time, it just wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. The lanes kept having issues, which made it hard to get into any kind of rhythm, and it felt like the staff weren’t totally sure how to handle it. The food also took a really long time to come out. Maybe it was just an off night, but from my experience, it felt disorganized and more frustrating than fun

Scoring mostly worked, but it lagged a couple times and one frame showed the wrong pins at first. Staff fixed it fast, so not a huge deal, just annoying mid-game.

I used to think this was a decent choice, but the price has gotten hard to justify. There are competitors offering similar quality and features for less, so it just doesn’t feel worth it anymore.

The bill was clear and there wasn’t any of that surprise charge thing at the end. Straightforward overall...

They did fix it in the end, but the refund was slow, slow enough that I kept checking on it. Still, it got sorted eventually.

I think the people are great at the bowling ally and it’s a nice fun place for everyone too and the games and food is great too. So it’s all good too
